Synergy Mechanism and Measurement between Enterprises' Technology Management and Technology Capacity

This paper aims to get the synergy mechanism and measurement between enterprises' technology management and technology capacity. In order to get this aim this paper first analyzes and identifies the constitution and essential factors of technology management and technology capacity, and analyzes the synergy relationships between enterprises' technology management and technology capacity based on the study of the constitution of technology management and technology capacity. Then constructs the synergy mechanism model of technology management and technology capacity by using the synergetic theory, and builds the indicator system of synergy degree. Lastly the paper takes Heilongjiang A company as an example to conduct an empirical research through the model and the indicator system of synergy degree, and the result shows that the synergy degree of A company's technology management and technology capacity is lower.
