A New Multi-period Uncertain Linguistic Information Decision Making Method and its Application to Supplier Selection

摘要

In this paper, we propose a new aggregation operator, Dynamic uncertain linguistic weight averaging operator (DULWA).to aggregate uncertain linguistic information given at multiple periods. The properties of the new operator are studied and a new multiple attribute decision making method based on the new operator is proposed. Finally, supplier selection problem is provided to illustrate the proposed method in multiple attribute decision making problems.
