摘要

The Service Level Agreements (SLA) are e-Contracts that are established among business partners. These contracts are monitored constantly to ensure whether the web services comply with the agreed Quality of Service (QoS) values and standards or not. Establishment of SLA among the component services and the users has become important. When done manually, the establishment of agreements is time consuming, as it involves negotiation of parameters which are to be agreed by the participants. Hence, an algorithm for automated negotiation is proposed and a framework for automated contract establishment is designed and implemented. Privacy is the most important aspect for any web service to be successful. Today, privacy has become an important concern for both users and web service providers. People will use a web service, only if they feel that all the information released is secure enough. Privacy can often be guaranteed through various security measures. To enable privacy protection for web services, customers are allowed to specify their preferences about the disclosure of information. In this paper, this concept is demonstrated with a suitable e-Business application, involving Purchase and Registration of Land, where, privacy is ensured during the composition of the web services for the customer's details.
