摘要

Based on experimental research method,the paper initiates the research on shared leadership mechanism of Sino-Norwegian working team with Chinese cultural value and experimental data.The research showed that the more innovative the team objective is,the more relevant the tasks of team members are and the more complex the two mixed cultures are,the more reliable it is to adopt shared leadership in Sino-Norwegian working team.The research also showed that experimental research method is an effective method to explore novel management topic.
