Analysis of Enterprises' Operating Performance Evaluation in Post Financial Crisis Era

摘要

This paper based on the changes in business environment and opportunities after the latest financial crisis,analyzes the strategic operating goals of enterprises and their locations as well,which results in the transfer of the operating performance evaluation system.The main points of performance evaluation system should be an improved traditional performance evaluation system that integrated economic trend features of Post Financial Crisis Era and established of EVA-based evaluation system,which consists of the access of management capacity,innovation performance,low-carbon investment performance and social benefits performance etc.
