摘要

In order to better insight into the transverse vibration characteristics of an improved supporting-chain conveyor,an analysis is performed using the first type Lagrange equations.3D-solid Model and multi-body dynamic equations are established.Resilient bushing is built between two adjacent chain links to replace revolute joint;Its stiffness is acquired via finite element method.Between the sprockets and chain links,chain attachments and guides,contact pairs are set up.And the stiffness of contacts is also obtained through FEM.The chain transverse vibration characteristics of chain and movement law of loads are obtained through solving the dynamic model with the commercial MBS software ADAMS/Solver.The calculation results indicate that the dynamic model is available.And it is very helpful for the optimal design of chain conveyor.
