摘要

Large-strain measurement has great engineering significance on the analysis of structural strength, such as bridges, concrete dams, and mechanical structures. However, the common strain amplifier is only suitable for the micro-strain measurement; it will bring serious nonlinearity error if used to the large-strain measurement directly. In this paper the necessity of researching large-strain conditioning circuit is analyzed; the circuit based on double constant current source is designed, which solves the problem of nonlinearity error in the large-strain measurement; at the same time it has the functions such as balance adjustment and calibration. The experimental results show that the circuit has high precision and stability, can be applied to engineering measurement effectively.
