摘要

To protect Chinese ancient building aseismic behaviors of Chinese ancient wooden structure strengthened by steel components on tenon-mortise joint were studied by experiments. Based on actual sizes of some part of Taihe Palace in the Forbidden City,wooden frame models with a scale of 1:8 of the prototype structure were built considering tenonmortise connections. By manual loading means low cyclic reversed loading tests were carried out considering 3 unstrengthened models and 2 steel components strengthened models. By experiments loaddisplacement hysteretic curves as well as skeleton curves of the models were obtained;By analysis energy dissipation capability,stiffness degradation as well as deformation performance of each model were also studied. Results show that after the model is strengthened by steel components on tenon-mortise location,value of tenon pulled out of mortise becomes less;for the structure its stiffness and strength are enhanced,its stiffness degradation is not obvious,it still has good deformation performance and energy dissipation capability. Thus the strengthening method is effective.
