摘要

Prestressed concrete girder with corrugated steel webs (PCGCSW) have excellent properties,such as lightness of girders,efficiency of introducing prestress forces,short construction period,optimum force distribution,good seismic performance,and aesthetics appearance,etc,which have greatly promoted the application of such bridges. A construction method of PCGCSW by incremental launching the corrugated steel webs as nose was proposed to shorten construction period,reduce construction frameworks,and enhance the economic benefit. To verify the construction safety,this investigation focuses on optimization of the length and stiffness of launching nose,detailed construction stage analysis,the moment and deflection variation during launching process. The results revealed essential design issues should be considered when constructing PCGCSW using incremental launching method.
