In this paper, attitude control of flexible spacecraft is investigated and Stewart platform is used to eliminate attitude jitters. Firstly, dynamics of flexible spacecraft is derived. Then PD control is applied for large angular maneuvering. Attitude jitters exist due to the coupling between the controller and flexible structure dynamics. Stewart platform and model reference adaptive control (MRAC) with additional PID is used to e-liminate the jitters of flexible spacecraft. Finally, simulation indicates that attitude jitter is reduced.
