An Operator Controllable Authentication and Charging Solution for Application Store

Application store is a very important supply channel for mobile internet applications. A suitable authentication and charging system is necessary for application store's success service. Current application stores only authenticate and charge in the download process. This paper introduces a new method combining operator's Business Operation Support System (BOSS) with application store's authentication and charging process in both download and running stage, which better fits the requirements of the application store.
