Experimental techniques are being used to investigate Miniature Magneto-Plasma Compressor (MMPC) as a basic part for Perspective Plasma Actuators for Supersonic and High-Altitude Vehicles. In our previous work ~(7-11) the MMPC, operating in High-Pressure Residual Gas Regime (HPRGR) was described. Comparatively miniature compressor with outlet diameter 12 mm was preliminary tested in ~(10,11). It was shown, that energy input for this MMPC is less than 15-20 J/puIse under the pressure of surrounding gas 30 Torr ". In the present work the parameters of MMPC - based plasma actuator were experimentally investigated under the extended residual gas diapason (up to 70 Torr) with carefully fixed input energy and impulse bit for each realization. The results of our experiments show, that 12 - mm MMPC, functioning under the static pressure 10-70 Torr, creates the submerged plasma jets in quiscent surraunding gas (Air) with high velocity (2 km/s) , great penetration ability (range more than 8-10 outlet diameters of tested MMPC), and impulse bit more than 2,5 mN*s under the input energy about 8 J/pulse (70 Torr). The mentioned above results show, that MMPC of examined types could be use as comparatively long-range plasma jet guns, and could stay the base unit for the creation of MMPC arrays in new generation of plasma actuators in applied plasmadynamics.
