Low Slip Test Research on Vehicle ABS Control Performance

Project the structure of the low slip test system on vehicle ABS control performance, prove the principle of the test system. Set up the dynamic model of experimental system. Based on the Matlab/Simulink, establish the simulation system of the low slip test system on vehicle ABS control performance for the Chery A3 car. In the basic of this simulation system, this paper simulate and analyses the vehicle ABS control performance on the different road with the high, medium and low adhesive coefficients respectively. The study results show that the ABS control performance on the condition of the different adhesive coefficients can be evaluated based on the low slip test system on vehicle ABS control performance, and can obviously decrease the slip rate between the wheel and the rolling drum, especially on the road with lower adhesive coefficient, the effect is more significant. It can overcome many disadvantages such as serious slip between the wheel and the rolling drum, rapid tire wear, loud noises, the severe pollution and so on that usually occur in the previous experiment of ABS control performance.
