Seismic performance of some RC beam-column joints was analyzed by the Finite Element Analysis software,ABAQUS. The influence of several factors,including bond-slip effects between longitudinal rebar and concrete,the existing of lateral beams,axial compression ratio of the column,longitudinal rebar ratio of main beams and columns,stirrup ratio per unit volume of the joint core zone,on seismic performance were investigated. The results show that the bond-Slip effect can be ignored for the joints with enough anchor length of longitudinal rebars. The ductility performance of joints is significantly improved for the restriction of two-sides lateral beams on the joint core zone,but worsens as axial compression ratio increasing. The moderately increasing of longitudinal rebar ratio of main beam will increase the bearing capacity of the joint,but too high rebar ratio will do harm to the ductility performance. Seismic performance can be improved to a certain extent as the stirrup ratio per unit volume of the joint core zone increasing,but longitudinal rebar ratio of the column doesn't make significant influence on seismic performance of joints.
