In this contribution, investigations based on a reduced two-dimensional model for Textile Reinforced Concrete (TRC) are presented. The model is implemented in a finite element framework. Concerning the finite element technology, it consists exclusively of two-node bar elements and two-node zero-thickness bond-link elements arranged in a regular lattice scheme. The model gains most of its complexity from the implemented non-linear constitutive relations and cracking or failure events of matrix and reinforcement. The model is able to appropriately represent the behaviour of TRC and of single fibre-matrix systems with a unified approach. The present investigations are focussed on two different types of pull-out tests at the micro-scale and the meso-scale. The applicability of the model to tensile tests with multiple matrix cracking has been already shown in previous publications. The first type of the test under consideration is the one-sided filament pull-out test and the second is the double-sided yarn pull-out test.
