In this study we apply multi-agent model to explore the community will escape system's capabilities, combined with an analysis of GIS, building anti-disaster analysis to assess the strategy. We found out the real security and escape patterns of behavior, and communities to assess the effectiveness of anti-disaster relief. We took Siji city as a whole space disaster prevention database, and then investigate the disaster-escape system, and then to simulation analysis with the multi-agent model that built by NetLogo. Finally, we explore the final environmental factors, space and time for escape behavior of the connection. There are four results include: 1.Siji city as a whole database of the establishment of disaster prevention. 2. Multi-agent model in the anti-disaster relief on the use of simulation. 3. To comparative analysis the escape behavior for the network impact at the flood disaster before and after. 4. To find out the bottlenecks of escaping network paths in the flooding dynamic changes.
