摘要

To analyze the characteristics of corn stalk hydrolyzate, the gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) is used. The corn stalk powder of different meshes is achieved by mechanical disintegration. The powder is hydrolyzed with cellulase, the content of glucose is determined, and the characteristics of hydrolyzed products is analysed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS). The results show that the hydrolyzates of 80-100, 160-180 meshes and nanometer corn stalk powder include 2.77, 5.37, 14.77 g/l glucose respectively. There is very little xylose in preceding two grain size hydrolysates, but there is 5.72 g/l xylose in the nanometer corn stalk powders hydrolysate. There are two types of glucose configuration in the hydrolysate, which indicate that there is not only D-glucose, but also L-glucose in the corn stalk hydrolyzate.
