Church buildings can be characterized with a very large variety of complex geometric forms and a small mean absorption coefficient. In those cases the prediction of acoustic parameters based on statistical models and computer simulations strongly depends on the estimation of the total inner surface._This paper presents an analysis of the results obtained in the prediction of acoustic response in several church buildings whose geometric forms are significantly different. Simulation models are designed with different degrees of accuracy in geometric form modeling. The obtained differences in the prediction of acoustic parameters show significant dependence on the global geometric forms.
