摘要

The first phase project of Macun port expansion needs to form an area of 359,700 m2 , mainly in the form of backfilling with sand, and original design use of a surcharge preloading method combined with dynamic compaction for foundation treatment. Afterwards owing to the owners unit wants to speed up the construction period we changed the foundation approach and replaced it with vibro-compacted backfilling sand, which is in the premise of ensuring the labor exchange index. The engineering practice shows that the vibroflotaion method can also guarantee the carrying capacity demands and reduce the residual post-construction settlement. In this paper, a brief study of the control points in the construction process of the vibro-compaction method.
