Evaluation on the Plastic Moment of Composite Beam under Positive Bending

摘要

In the current design code, strength of composite beam under positive bending is excessively evaluated. Though present design code is appropriate to avoid making a weak column mechanism, it is improper to evaluate the struc ture performance of composite beam accurately. In this paper, based on the date base of experiments, strength of composite beam under positive bending is evaluated.
