This Article is based on the related project- 2* 330MW Unit # 1 Boiler in Sarazzi Power Plant of Sarazzi City,Chi na. It presents a serials of manufacturing processes such as layout of cutting , selecting the reasonable welding pa rameters, preheat, heat, after heat, postweld heat treatments. horizontal group-assembly, and explores how to con trol and optimize the processes of assembling the large plate girder in group and welding it to get assurance of the component accuracy in size and overall quality.
