Study on the Development of the Overall Measuring System for the New HSR Project

摘要

Overall Measuring System will seek to establish points that will verify the performance, stability and reliability of the train system and the components for the dispersed power system at 400 Km/h. In order to make up the overall measuring system, the technical document for the test plans and procedures are listed after selected the test organization and items. On the basis of this result, the OMS consisted of performance evaluation system, safety monitoring system, special measuring system and portable measuring system. The specification of the measuring system is also in progress. From this overall test, we are supposed to contribute to the development of the high-speed train though the comparison between advanced technology and verification.
