Research on the Ultrasonic Cleaning Machinery of the Motor Windings

The complicate questions of Motor winding cleaning need new technologies such as ultrasonic cleaning mehod to solve. The mechanism of problems that the insulation level of the motor winding would be degraded with time and the motor winding would resumed tide soon after processing were analv7.ed.Thc ultrasonic cleaning method was studies and one ultrasonic cleaning device was designed. Its safety was verified by the destructive experiment. The test show that this device can clear away the depositional dirt in the winding thoroughly, which provides a new idea and method to ensure its insulation level and realize its safe and reliable operation.
