Ultrafine grinding technology for processing of chestnut powder advantages and prospects were reviewed in the article. It found that the use of ultrafine grinding technology can improve the use ratio of raw materials in chestnut processing and boost the quality of final products. The article described the role played by the technology on researching and developing chestnut drinks, chestnut ice cream, chestnut functional foods and so on pointed out the market prospects of ultrafine grinding technology for chestnut. It will give some guidance to research ultrafine grinding technology for chestnut and develop chestnut ultrafine powder product.
