Inflation refers to a general and progressive increase in prices and currency devaluation as a consequence that money supply is bigger than physical demand, or the real purchasing power is bigger than the output under the condition of note circulation. It is the key point of macro-economic control system of Chinese government on how to deal with inflation under the background of the global fluidity. The article gives the corresponding countermeasures on the discussion to the genesis of inflation.
