Aviation simulation technology Is a very Important technology used in research,experiment,design,manufacture and troubleshooting of aviation products,as a part of aviation propulsion control system,turbofan engine fan inlet guide vane angle control system is a complex mechanical-hydraulic and electromagnetic system. For improving its reliability,digital electronic control system and Its mechanical hydraulic backup control system are adopted in fan inlet guide vane angle control system. Mathematical model of electronic control system and its mechanical hydraulic backup control system control system was established. The simulation results of fan Inlet guide vane angle control system accord with project actual conditions. Mathematical model established has a high level of dynamic accuracy and steady-state accuracy. The cost of products development can be reduced and development cycle can also be shortened by using the mathematical model established.
