Analyses of Environmental Factor Framework and Dominant Drive Factors of Enterprises' Logistics Outsourcing

At present, the logistics outsourcing has gradually become a main operational scheme of logistics service organizational strategy and is an effective way for enterprises to integrate their resources. In order to give a comprehensive and systemic analysis on enterprises' logistics outsourcing action from the perspective of system resources integration and dig out the main decision drive factors of logistics outsourcing from environmental factor, this paper sets up an environmental factor framework of logistics operation at first, and extracts the dominant drive factors influencing the enterprises' logistics outsourcing decision from the environmental factor framework. Then, the paper uses statistics principle and method to make comparison and analysis on these factors through the spot check analysis about both the supply and demand business logistics entities so as to guide the enterprises' logistics outsourcing decision. Finally,the paper gives the conclusions and the advice to illustrate the importance of different dominant drive factors in logistics outsourcing decision.
