It is of great significance for energy-saving and sustainable socio-economic development to develop green logistics. Based on the SWOT analysis of the current status of green logistics in Bohai Economic Rim, the paper put up SWOT Strategy Matrix, and then raises countermeasures of developing green logistics industry in the Bohai Economic Rim.
