Research on Exhibition Service Perception of Exhibitors in China

摘要

This research is to identify the various needs of exhibitors encounter at an exhibition and measure what extent these needs should be delivered by exhibition organizers and Expo center as well as the related service institutes through the case of China International Industry Fair (CIIF) 2009. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed at random during the exhibition with 519 completed and valid questionnaires returned. This research will provide a better understanding of Chinese exhibitors and exhibition service.
