From the Poyang Lake industry "clusters are not economic", the obvious contradiction between environment and economic growth, low levels of economic development, leading industry chain is short and lowing level of regional networks phenomena, analyzing the development of circular economy based on industrial clusters to promote regional economic sustainable development, effectively enhancing the competitiveness of the region in Poyang Lake, reducing transaction costs of enterprise in the cluster, increasing the use efficiency of regional resources and regional innovation capability, enhancing the effective level of economic development in the Poyang Lake region.
