the twenty-first century, Eco-city is the inevitable choice in the city construction. At the current there are many countries which are building Eco-cities and have achieved a number of preliminary results. In this paper, the model of the Eco-city construction were structured and explained carefully. At last, according to the dynamic model and integrating the Taiyuan actual situation, the paper analysis the internal power resource and the external power resource.
