Unreasonable Aspects In GB/T 8054-1995 and Amendment Suggestions

The non-standard aspects in GB/T 8054-1995, which is always regarded as the "standard" of sampling test, are proposed in this paper. Firstly, although producer's risk α is controlled at 5% or so, user' s risk β is significantly higher than 10% in many plans, even up to 15%. Then, reasons of this problem are analyzed. Finally, recommendation and some revisions are proposed.
