As a subsystem of enterprises, enterprise technology system is the core status in technological innovation activities. And its effectiveness will also bring into playing a key role in technological innovation capability of enterprises. In this paper, the impact of enterprise technology system performance is studied based on the analysis of the development of enterprise technology systems, learning and motivation of technical personnel, internal communication in technology systems and out communication and coordination of technical systems and other enterprises systems, And relevant strategy will also be put forward.
