摘要

Objective Designing a new advanced hardware/software system for safety management system, it have two main features: first it performs real time tracking of safety status in airport operation; then it implements an algorithm for preventing airport operation to be involved in hazardous situations.. Methods The application allow for real-time monitoring and coordination of tasks, automatic safety management, on-site delivering of safety information. Using Browser/Server structure and Java Server Page, the application integrates safety management and risk management in airport daily operation. Results It designs a function framework, that includes predictive subsystem, proactive subsystem, reactive subsystem and recover subsystem. Each subsystem involves several functional modules. The system provides tools to support emergency decision, risk analysis and safety information management. Conclusion The application achieves all functions required by International Civil Aeronautics Organization. It gives a solution for airport safety management system.
