摘要

As China's telecommunications industry is into the 3G era, regardless of business type or business features, all changes the nature related to the 2G era, and it also puts forward higher requirements for the telecommunications company managers. Combining with the quality requirements for managers of iG telecom services, we construct the model of its competence and build the performance evaluation index system of 3G telecom managers based on the model.
