Firstly this paper explains the concepts of industrial cluster and modern construction cluster, then analyses the advantages of modern construction cluster from three aspects those are economic effect, society effect and ecology effect. Secondly, it gives an example of Tie Xi modern construction industrial park and introduces its present development situation. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategies of developing modern construction cluster from the business, industry and government aspect.
