摘要

The acrylic copolymers, which were used as base polymers for the pressure sensitive adhesives, were synthesized by solution polymerization of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and acrylic acid with 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator. The SiO2/acrylic copolymer nanocomposites were prepared with SiO2 nanoparticles having surface silanol groups. The acrylic copolymers were modified by using various different contents of epoxy-type crosslinking agent (0, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 phr) and SiO2 nanoparticles (5, 7.5, and 10 phr). In this study, we modified the SiO2 nanoparticles to control the surface hydrophilicity for the preparation of the coating film on thin wafer and measured the optical properties such as transmittance, haze, and contact angle.
