Urea-formaldehyde(UF) resin as rich raw materials, low cost, and excellent adhesion to wood fiber, made for wood-based panels(plywood, blockboard, particleboard, MDF, etc.) has some water-resistance bonding strength, has been widely used in wood processing industry, as the main adhesive in wood-based panel production. However, urea-formaldehyde resin bonding products mainly used in furniture manufacturing and interior decoration, therefore, formaldehyde emission problem is even more important in application.
