The curing reaction of bisphenol B cyanate resin has been carried out by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), A kinetic analysis of this system was studied, the curing mechanism function was determined by using n order reaction and the most probability mechanism function method respectively, and we obtained curing reaction model, the overall activation energy Ea (Ea=72.85kJmol-1 )and reaction order parameters n=0.86were calculated, the results showed that the curing process of the curing reaction followed n order reaction model, and the curves obtained using the experimental data showed a good agreement with that theoretical calculation.
