Research on Nongovernmental Capital Introducing Mechanism of Infrastructure Construction

At present, our country's infrastructure construction mainly rely on the government's financial capital, on the one hand, because of the limited funds to finance the infrastructure supply, on the other hand is due to the lack of effective supervision and restriction resulted in local government application to the provision of false information and repetitive construction of government investment behavior, and such dissimilation make much money of country play little effect. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce nongovernmental capital in infrastructure construction, making infrastructure by government leading into the government guidance. On the basis of the analysis of the type of dissimilation investment behavior in the infrastructure construction under the condition of being short of nongovernmental capital and supervision mechanism, This paper dissects generating mechanism of dissimilation investment behavior using game theory method and illustrates the necessity of nongovernmental capital in the infrastructure construction, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
