To study the impact of the value of ecosystem services which brought by area land use change and bring them into the regional environment and economy integrated accounting system will have great significance for regional land development and ecological environment construction. This article take the administrative regions of Heilongjiang Province as study area and divided the land ecological assets of this area into eight categories, namely farmland, garden-plot, woodland, grassland, construction land, waters, wetland and unutilized land. To obtain and analysis three remote-sensing data in 1999, 2003, 2007 with the support of GIS/RS and use Costanza as well as other calculate methods can evaluate the value of ecosystem services, combined the average value of ecosystem services improved by Xiegaodi etc. and estimate the change of the value of ecosystem services caused by land-use change in Heilongjiang Province over the past decades. The results showed that from 1999 to 2007, Heilongjiang Provincial farmland, wetland and grassland area had decreased and waters, woodland, garden-plot, construction land and other unutilized land had increased. The provincial total eco-system value had increased. There are certain increased differences in the individual value of ecosystem services, in which water conservation and waste management were the biggest increase in the value of individual services.
