With the development of the market of the real estate, people have paid more attention to its future. Rational introduction of real estate project will bring good effect to a company. Commercial real involves three fields: real estate, commerce and capital, which has great value to do research from the financial aspect. How to broaden the financing channels, innovate the financing method and prompt the structure of the fund of real estate industry has become important issue. This paper aims to study the commercial real estate financing system through the analysis of the statistic of real figures from Chinese companies. And then sets up the optimization model of the real estate financing decision by applying the analytic hierarchy process to confirm the factors that mainly cause the dangers. The author hopes to do some contribution to promote the innovation of commercial real estate financing study through the empirical research.
