Model Enhancement of the radiation monitoring and emergency response system in the Murmansk region, Russia

摘要

The paper describes the basic results of the international project “Enhancement of the RadiationMonitoring and Emergency Response System in the Murmansk region” implemented in 2005-2007 by theEnergy Safety Analysis Centre of the IBRAE RAS. The Project was funded by the Northern DimensionEnvironmental Partnership Support Fund - Nuclear Window. The Government of the Murmansk Region was thecustomer and beneficiary of this activity. The created system meets all actual international and domesticrequirements and may be used as a prototype in similar projects.
