On the basis of researching quartz crystal measurement standards and methods based on the direct transmission method, quartz crystal, an electrical parameter model of a π-network and its effect to the measurement accuracy of electrical parameters of quartz crystal have been analyzed, and a measurement technique of quartz crystal series resonant frequency parameters has been researched. Based on the research, the measurement system has been designed. The results of measurement experiments show that when the measurement system is in the 200MHz frequency range, the measurement error of the series resonant frequency is less than 2ppm, and the measurement error of the series resonant resistance is less than 10% (or 2Ω).
