THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ELECTRIC WAVE MEASUREMENT FOR CUSTOMER

To run comfortably and safely in the expressway for customer, we offer much information to the customer through the medium of an electric wave on the expressway which we manage. As the method of confirming these states of the electric wave in expressway, maintenance person checked and had measured it individually based on the check frequency that had been provided with each measuring instruments. The road facilities electric wave measurement car was introduced. This enabled integrally the measurement of various electric waves in the expressway by this car running to consolidate the check and the measurement function in this car for the purpose of efficiency, labor saving and improvement of the quality of the check. Moreover, a high-quality check became possible because it installed the data analysis equipment in this car. When this business was executed, the influence on the customer was also large as the restriction of the expressway under use was accompanied. However, it became possible to measure equipment without restricting it, though it ran by using the measurement car because the confirmation of the situation of the electric wave was possible while operated. Here, we will report on customer's convenience improvement by the measurement car introduction.
