On the basis of Technology Acceptance Model, and combining the features of manufacturing enterprises, this paper proposes an E-business technology acceptance model through analyzing factors affecting the acceptance of E-business technology, such as administrators’ sense of innovation, the degree of users’ training on E-business technology, the compatibility of E-business system, users’ subjective norms, etc.
