The paper starts with the problems that coordination mechanism of TSCM is confronted with, and researches how to build up and comprehensively apply reasonable coordination mechanism in order to coordinate the relation of “cooperation-competition” among enterprises in TSC and realizes the benefits of supply chain to the maximum. With the evaluation of current TSCM models, a new TSCM model based on the e-business times has been formed according to the three principles of 3A, enterprise virtualization, and shared benefit. Lastly, the TSCM model in e-business times is analyzed from macro and microcosmic levels. And the paper discusses how to build up the integrated mechanism related to the three stakeholders, including tourism service providers, key enterprises and tourists.
