For ensuring the product quality under the condition of high-speed automatic production, the tendency with the aid of automatic inspection has grown rapidly, because of its benefits of promoted efficiency, higher precision and cost down. Image measurement and analysis have been integrated in automatic optical inspection (AOI) technology which can be substituted for many current manual measurements procedures. With the image measurement system, measurement performance and efficiency can be obviously enhanced.
