摘要

This paper sets up a DSS for human resources management and designs several models for the system, which is based on the status of faculty management and the faculty information of college in China. In this system, models mainly include student enrollment projections, teacher demand projections, and teacher own quantity forecasting, that are designed by using of grey systems theory and other mathematical methods. At the same time, the design method is explained in this paper also. This system not only has a good forecast precision but also has a good effect by using the actual data in fact.
