Research on the Management of Technology Innovation Commercialization Risk of Multinational Company

摘要

Multinational corporations as engines of economic activity have been getting more and more attention.Commercialization of technological innovations becomes the forefront of Multinational corporations,and the factors of commercialization risk are unavoidable.The paper used the number computational model-improved entropy measurement method, identified the main risk factors in commercial process,constructed a fuzzy model of risk assessment object,obtained the risk indicators of risk assessment object,and according to the degree of the risk proposed its risk control strategy.
